The Yonkers Police Department issued an alert on Wednesday, July 3, for Perry Foy, who is wanted by the Warrant Squad after being arrested and charged with third-degree assault and failing to appear in court.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Foy, 35, as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense.”
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Foy had sexual intercourse and contact with his 15-year-old victim in 2004. He was convicted of second-degree rape the following year and sentenced to a term of between one and three years in state prison.
Police described Foy as a 5-foot-7 African American man weighing approximately 200 pounds with a large build. Foy has black hair, brown eyes and investigators noted that he has a scar on his left arm.
Anyone with information regarding Foy’s whereabouts, or who recognizes him, has been asked to contact the Yonkers Warrant Squad by calling investigators at (914) 377-7253.
